From Chaos to Order: How Meeting Plamena from Your People Solution Transformed My Business

The coaching approach to team or business growth often remains misunderstood—at least by those who haven’t tried it. I’m not saying it works for everyone in every situation, but I’d love to share the story of my client, Denitsa Dobreva, Founder and Owner of Be Bright Digital Agency. I hope it inspires you!

Here’s what Deni shared in her own words:

Today, I have a reliable team I can count on. We work in sync, achieve better results, and look to the future with confidence.

When I started my business in 2019, I was filled with enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed. I worked around the clock, convinced that everything depended on me. But over time, I realized that handling growing challenges alone was nearly impossible. And then… the pandemic hit. 2020 was a test for everyone. The uncertainty affected my business, but I kept pushing forward. The workload became overwhelming, my client base kept growing, and I felt like I was losing control. That’s when I understood—if I wanted to continue growing, I needed to build a team.

In 2021, I decided to hire my first employee. Unfortunately, I approached it emotionally—I chose someone I knew well and had a close personal relationship with, without a clear plan. At first, everything seemed fine, but problems quickly arose. Communication was unclear, expectations were unspoken, and tasks weren’t being completed the way I had envisioned. Instead of helping me, this hire ended up adding more stress. In the end, we had to part ways. It was difficult, and our friendship was put at risk, but it taught me a valuable lesson—intuition alone isn’t enough when hiring employees.

After this unsuccessful experience, I realized that I needed expert help. That’s when I turned to Plamena Getova. She guided me in building a clear hiring process, defining the key criteria for a successful employee, and structuring the onboarding process for my team. With her support, in 2022, I hired a new employee—this time in a structured and intentional way. Shortly after, another team member joined, and the results quickly followed. Our workflow became more efficient, our clients more satisfied, and I felt a greater sense of peace and confidence.

That’s when I realized that building a successful team isn’t just about filling open positions—it’s a strategic move that impacts the overall growth of the business.

Finally, Denitsa shared what she has learned.

✅ A successful hire starts with a clear plan and strategy.

✅ The hiring and onboarding process are critical to a team’s success.

✅ Working with an expert makes the process smooth and effective.

If you're in a similar situation, don't waste time, money, and energy. Let's talk about how to create an effective process that will bring you stability.

I'm here to support you!
